The Faith of Tony Dungy
February 1, 2007
by Steve Shirley
Against all odds the Indianapolis Colts made the largest comeback in conference championship history; and made Tony Dungy one of the first two African American coaches to be in this position. With all of this going through his mind he had every reason to be proud, but instead he gave glory and honor to the Lord for his accomplishment. Even after getting the greatest honor of his coaching career, Tony Dungy had a humble heart and deflected all glory to God first, and his team second. What an example he is for us, no matter what the situation is we need to remember how small we are and how big God is.
Watch the video to hear it from Dungy HImself.
